interdisciplinary narrative artist

I’m an interdisciplinary narrative artist working primarily with music and text to explore human empathy and relationships. I am also a teacher and researcher, analyzing power dynamics and their effects on people of various marginalizations. Across all my work, I focus on trauma-informed performance ethics as well as the erasure of queerness in music pedagogy and performance.
Audio? Video? I’ve got both. Explore my discography across multiple platforms.
Music’s not all I write. My blog hosts essays, analyses, and announcements.
As my schedule permits, I offer online lectures, virtual consulting, and in-person clinics.
I offer quite a bit of biographical information, and my FAQ has information about some of the information I don’t offer to the public.
My only trumpet consortium this year will not recruit publicly. Send me an email if you'd like information! Dismiss
