Description

A short mishmash of found sounds, some of which were extracted from Donald Trump’s infamous “nobody respects women more than I do” quote from the 2016 presidential campaign and modified using granular synthesis. burn it is a continuing reflection on who I’ve become in the past four years and how I react to the world around me, particularly when its politics are trying to work against me and those I love. These days, I’m trying to give myself more room to be frustrated and upset, even to the point of revisiting old work and deciding I don’t want to play with that material anymore.

Run time: approx. 2’30”.
